Staff Profiles

Raymond J. LaLuna, EA – February 1970 Ray started preparing taxes as a part time service for a few friends and relatives.  Over time the business developed into a full time tax preparation service.  During 1987 it was obvious that there was a need for Representation Services.  Ray took the IRS SEE exam and passed all 4 parts in 1989.  This Credential is “Enrollment to Practice before IRS”.  It is a Federal license to represent tax payers before all administrative levels of the IRS.  This includes examination, collections and appeals.  Everything short of Tax Court. Ray has been a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents since 1990 and a FELLOW of the National Tax Practice Institute. Additionally Ray is a member of the American Academy of Tax Practice and The National Association of Tax Professionals.

Today the practice continues to grow with over 1300 clients.  Ray’s daughter, Dawn Machnicz has joined the practice and is available to see new clients as well as assist existing clients.
